These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bluelink.se and the Bluelink mobile app (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the use of the Site only. Charter flights and any other services provided by Bluelink are subject to a separate written charter agreement that will be provided to you in connection with each booking.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
• introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious material;
• collect or harvest information about other users;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site or any networks connected to it;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Quotes, enquiries and bookings

The information on the Site is for general information purposes. Quotes provided through the Site or in response to a Site enquiry are non-binding indicative quotes only and do not constitute an offer to enter into a charter contract.

A charter booking is only confirmed when we issue a written booking confirmation and you have signed the applicable charter agreement. The terms of that charter agreement (not these Terms of Use) govern the charter itself, including price, payment, cancellation, liability, and the operator of the aircraft.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, photography, graphics, logos, the Bluelink name, source code, and the overall design, is owned by Bluelink or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Linking to a third-party site does not mean we endorse it.

6. No warranty

‍

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. We do not guarantee that the Site will be free from errors, interruptions, or harmful components.

Information on the Site about routes, airports, aircraft availability and operations is provided for guidance only. Specific availability, performance and pricing for any flight will be confirmed in writing as part of the charter agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluelink and its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

This clause does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you use the Site is the version available at bluelink.se/terms-of-use. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be brought before the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring a claim in your country of residence.
