This Privacy Policy explains how Bluelink ("Bluelink", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit bluelink.se, request a charter quote, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or use the Bluelink mobile app.

Bluelink does not sell goods or services online. All bookings and payments are arranged offline through direct contact with our team.

We take your privacy seriously and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.

  • Charter request details: travel dates, departure and arrival airports, number of passengers, preferred aircraft type, special requirements (e.g. catering, ground transport, accessibility, pets travelling with you).
  • Passenger details required for flight manifests: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport expiry date.
  • Communication content: messages you send to us by email, contact form, phone, or in-app chat.
  • Newsletter preferences and email address if you subscribe.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data when you visit our website or use our app: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on each page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

Information from third parties

  • Information from our aircraft operator partners (e.g. confirmation of flight details).
  • Information from credit reference, sanctions screening, and anti-money-laundering providers where required by law.

  • Aircraft operators and crew who operate the flights we charter on your behalf.
  • Airports, ground handling agents, customs and immigration authorities as required for flight operations.
  • Service providers who help us run our business, including IT and hosting providers (e.g. Webflow), email and CRM tools, analytics, and professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance).
  • Authorities where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers (and aircraft operators on certain routes) are located outside the EU/EEA. When we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or a derogation permitted under GDPR Art. 49 (for example, where the transfer is necessary to perform your charter contract).

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Quote enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months.
  • Booking and flight records: 7 years after the flight, to comply with Swedish accounting and tax law.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics: as set out in our Cookie Policy.
  • KYC/AML records: 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by law.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances;
  • data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format);
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully.

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 except as part of a passenger manifest provided by a booking adult.
